Who are we?
Turnkee Property Solutions (TPS) is a full-service real estate company specializing in real estate investment services.
What do we do?
For sellers of distressed properties, we provide fast closings, no repairs or renovations required, and never any fees, costs, or commissions! That’s right! No hassles to you.

How long have you been in business?
TurnKee Real Estate Investors LLC stood up in 2017. After a major over-haul, TurnKee Property Solutions began as a DBA in 2021 and progressed into a wholly owned subsidiary of Turnkee Real Estate Investors, in January 2024. The TPS team is made up of seasoned professionals in the RE industry all bringing a variety of knowledge and expertise to the table. TPS is fully licensed real estate firm in compliance with the NC Real Estate Commission
Do you or the investor have to see the property?
In order for our investors to offer you a fair price and to determine their project needs, yes most require to see the property before purchase.
Can you sell my home fast?
It all depends on the situation and if the numbers work. At the bare minimum, we would have to see the home.
Do I need to be present to show the property?
In most cases this is okay but with real estate fraud on the rise, we do not recommend this. If the owner does not wish to be present, a simple text or email from the owner confirming they are the owner and authorizing the appointment will suffice. We will also need a snapshot of a valid photo ID from the owner (Driver’s license, passport).
If they are not the owner, we can still access the property with a written authorization from the owner or the power of attorney placing the representative in authority to act on their behalf.
Can I stay in my house?
It all depends on the situation and if the numbers work. At the bare minimum, we would have to see the home. Is this something you would be willing to allow us to do? If so, when can we visit the home?
I need a place to reside after I move out of my home. Can you help with this?
Absolutely, after all, we are licensed real estate brokers. We have the resources to get our clients into a rental, we offer our clients move assistance and even credit management, positioning them for their next home.
